Teresinha Landeiro is determined to make her mark on fado. In 2024, she released “Para Dançar e Para Chorar”, an album that reinforces her distinctive and singular artistic identity. With the single “Chegou a Hora,” she unveiled the first glimpse of this work,  where fado remains at the core but is infused with influences from pop songwriters and folk music.

In 2025, the deluxe edition brought the album new life through special duets: “Aurora”, featuring António Zambujo, in a captivating fusion of voices, and  “Visita Inesperada”, with Jota.pê, bridging fado and Brazilian popular music, further expanding her sound. That same year, Teresinha made her debut at Lisbon’s CCB Main Auditorium, where she performed to a full house, solidifying her presence in the Portuguese music scene.

With a solid career and performances across Portugal, as well as international concerts, Teresinha Landeiro has established herself as a vital name in contemporary fado, not only as a performer but also as a songwriter. Her fado is young, ambitious, and light, reflecting the personality of the artist herself.
